Simply stated, I love Canva. I use it both personally and professionally and it makes snazzy looking end products. I've used Canva to design birthday invitations, bachelorette party invitations, banners for websites, flyers, endless things for School, etc. The list is endless for what you can do with this site! The best part? It's collaborative! You can invite someone to edit your Canva document with you. Co-hosting something? You can both design at the same time. Doing a project with your students? Have them create something in Canva and both have the ability to edit!
Canva has TONS of templates to make life easier for us. You can search images, backgrounds, and elements on Canva's site or you can upload your own. (I usually do a little of both) You can change the color, font, size, and even change the transparency. When you're done, you can download your publication as a .jpg, .png, or a PDF. You can also share your design to Facebook or Twitter or just as a link directly to Canva. Click on the Canva picture to go directly to their site!
Here is a quick tutorial video from Canva that should help you get started!
